Brandon, my service tech, was very professional and helpful. Car is new but had to bring it for service 3x since 5/23 to address the rust on the rotors...they did finally replace the rotors but still experiencing noise when braking so I'll have to take it in yet again ..not happy

fast friendly service as always, i was 1 hr early, [was expecting heavy traffic backups] as i pulled up a tech met me at my car, took my keys, i went inside & was checked in instantly, went to waiting area, was comfortable reading my book, was sent a video updating the progress, shortly after came the call car was ready, signed paperwork, & was on road before my original appointment time. great way to start the day!!!

There was a. Problem with the pan under the car it fell lose and was barley hanging on. I got a oil change that day and called the company it was closing time and the manager of the department came with someone to fix it so I could come in the next day to fix it .very much appreciated there help.

We had asked the technician to look at the drivers side arm rest that was peeling. We were told that we should take the vehicle elsewhere to have it repaired/replaced. This seems to be vehicle defect; it certainly is not something we caused or should be responsible for. This is a leased vehicle. We should not have to pay for the repair/replacement; and do not want to get charged for it a lease end.
