They didn't fix my problem because they said they couldn't hear it. I will be taking it back to them because it is more pronounced now. And Jeff Wheeler better pay for my car rental. Previously they had my car nine days and they didn't offer a car rental for me. I will demand and expect a car rental while my car is in the shop being serviced.

Process takes too long, to much back and forth with paperwork. They said they fixed something on the car before we purchased it, only to find that when we picked the car up it wasn't fix. Now we have to go back and have it fixed under warrantee. They got paid and we have to coordinate our day to get the car fixed we just purchased. Not a good way to start a new relationship with a customer.

What actually only required a very short time actually had me waiting more than two hours, which was not so nice! Had I been told that you were backed up due to a shortages one of techs I could easily have done this on a different day!

It really should be a requirement to already wash a serviced car, period.
Routine service should always be good and it was but the experience was not.
Recalls did not need 6 hours of work, I could have waited. I do understand that it could have but if rather not get a ride home and when I arrive the car is ready!!

We wasn't happy with service last time probably not coming back. Instead of just doing the service you need to let the owner decide on what needs to be done instead of just doing the job alot of people don't have a lot of income and can't pay the high bill.

My brother brought my car in for service, but everything was great! Superior didn't lie to me like Jeff Wyler on Colrain did. They told me my gasket was leaking and be prepared to pay $1300 to have it replaced on my next visit. Obviously, that wasn't true! I have lost my trust in the Colrain location and I won't be returning there for service ever again.

JW Honda was a real clutch play. On a recent trip our car had a major fault and needed to be fixed ASAP for us to continue our trip...oh, and it was the day before a federal holiday. The whole reason I went in was for a recall, which I had stated a week before even bringing my car in, and they weren't even able to complete the recall. They said they had the wrong parts. They also tried to take advantage of me and sell me $750 worth of unnecessary service for my basically brand new car.

The car repair which was a recall was fine but the service was not good. I took in my car Thursday morning. No one called me that day so I called and was told it would be done Friday. Again no call Friday. On Monday I called and was told they had not started the work. So my vehicle was gone for 5 days in what should have been a one day situation. Not happy.
