Not sure if the put the wrong weight of oil in my car or not. If they did, I was over charged for my service. I confirmed an oil change only but my tires were rotated also, which I did not request. When you call or text nobody answers. I still have not received a response of the oil that was used in my car. I WILL NOT BE BACK. The unprofessionalism that is displayed is absolutely disgusting.

Problem was a display glitch with several warning lights lit and no cruise control. Diagnostic said to clear the codes and do a test drive. That appeared to work, but after I drove it and stopped for lunch, the lights re-lit when I started it. I will be bringing it back for a deeper analysis.

Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee ESS never worked. I addressed it many times after having battery failure at 3500 miles snd 5 months old. They ignored my concerns and said I didn't know what I was talking about. I had to take to another dealership Key in Xenia Ohio. Who found and fixed ESS malfunction on hours. After 4 failed attempts"attempts" at Jeff Wyler. Sold me a broke new car and refused to work on it after.

Always fulfilled necessary maintenance for my vehicle and we're able to discuss upcoming maintenance to keep my 2018 RAV4 up to date on my maintenance requirements plus any safety needs that will be needed to be investigated at next appointment. I like that they had a shuttle service. They got the recalls done right away. I told them there was a rattle in the dashboard they said it would cost me $206 for them to look at it. When I could have showed them exactly where it was, I wasn't going to pay that much money for me to be able to show them, I thought that was ridiculous! And the rattle showed up after I had service done the last time.

Online scheduling was nice and easy. But the service was terrible. No documentation of fluid adds, tire rotation pattern. Stated they checked tire pressures and they didn't. All four tires were at different levels and they were still at the same different levels. No check sheet with documentation. Won't be going back based on my gut instinct.

The Salesperson that I spoke with was very concern regarding my past car that I no longer have. How was it financed? Who financed it? How much were the monthly payment? What's your monthly income? I said nothing about financing. We did not talk about a car at all. I am wondering, what was all of that about? Not a good experience! No need to call those JOKERS again!!

Horrible, vehicle broke down and had to be towed to another dealer less than 24 hours after purchase. Dealer failed to provide memorandum of title until after temporarily tags expired. Contacted them regarding another issue with radio and sales rep said take vehicle back to the other dealership. Zero stars is too generous.
