It took 3 hours to have my oil changed and tires rotated, but I don't think my tires were actually rotated after looking at them. What is the point of making an apt to sit there for 2 hours before your vehicle even goes back to be serviced? Once my services are up with Wyler care I won't be back.

The service was very good, and the representatives were very attentive/considerate. But, as with most automotive dealerships/shops, the "free" complete service check, the department tends to find something that "should/recommended" be done beyond the original service requested. Thus is the role and responsibility of the dealership to the car owner.

Wild wild care service was excellent repair and damage caused by faulty hood latch took a lot longer to repair than I expected. The length of time it took was attributed to the need to get certain parts and the return of a damaged replacement hood. Everything seems fine now.

Car sounds good. Just wish I was told of extra fee to be financially prepared for diagnostic ran. I was not told this at the previous appointment where the technician called in forcing me to reschedule after my car was at the shop for about 4 hours. Nor was I told before the day of my appointment on the day the service was performed, which was 2 weeks after the first appointment.

While they found the problem (a $18 gasket) and quoted me $365 for the installation (kind of outrageous), the final bill was $465. Charging Doctor $ per hr. rates and ER supply costs may seem reasonable, it's not. It's time for us to buy a new car and we will be shopping service rates as part of our criteria.

I brought the car in to have an issue with the cruise control fixed. I was told a part would be ordered for it and that they would notify me when it was in. After waiting almost two weeks, I called to check on the status. They put me on hold for about 10 minutes. I don't think they could even find a record of the part being ordered. They said they would get back to me. They didn't get back to me.

The service was very good on our 2017 Murano. The only comment I have is that our key had been showing a low battery when starting the car. I forgot to mention this, but when they started the car, they should have seen this message. However I should have mentioned it, and simply forgot. I will run by soon and have the battery changed.

There was $500 worth of services done that was not requested or expected, even though the paperwork said it was, so I was shocked by the bill at the end. This was my first time for service at the Nissan dealership. Before I went to Oxmoor Toyota for service and never had this problem.
