My car came back in one piece. I received a call a couple of days before telling me my car would be ready sooner than that said. I was glad it was done . I only wish when I arrived, I wasn't rushed out of there explaining was was done by the dealership. Hopefully there won't be any more issues for a little while on my car.

Good detail in the inspection of the vehicle. The work done was done effectively and very quickly within a 3 hour period. The video on what was done was very informative and helpful. I only wish there was a better explanation on the bent rim , and air put into the tire that had that bent rim.

When I picked my car up from its routine service, oil and filter change, the battery was dead. It was jumped but the car's AV system would not turn off even when the engine wasn't running. The car ended up back in the service center for two days before it was fixed. I was not offered a courtesy car and none of my voice messages were returned during this time. I was very inconvenienced.

My experience at the Nissan dealership in Cincinnati was overall good. The staff was helpful and the service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. There were a few minor communication delays, but everything was resolved professionally. I appreciated their transparency and willingness to make things right. I would return for future service.

The service desk had no customers when i walked in. The kid behind the counter didn't acknowledge me for a good two minutes. Finally someone from one of the offices asked what he could do for me. Later, when the kid was doing my paperwork, he called me "buddy". Not sir, or by my name. As in, "can I have your key buddy"? I am not his "buddy", and this is not remotely professional.

Came in for a intermittent noise under the hood,they proceeded to throw a alternator at it then called and stated to come get the car that it was ready. Then the noise occurred again that nite. They stated to come back in. They have now thrown an water pump at it as well. Mind you this is a 2025 Sentra with 6k on it. Word to the wise do NOT get a NISSAN THEY ARE JUNK!

Happy with staff and service department. Facility ever nice. Disappointed with having to pick up the 3% if I use my charge card. We have 2 Nissan vehicles . We are getting a new vehicle soon- I'll have to think hard about that 3% charge before I buy from you- the same reason I won't recommend your service shop

We took our 2015 Murano in twice for a recall, the first time they stated 2 mechanics were needed to perform the job. So, we rescheduled for 2 weeks later, dropped the car off and was called the next day from the service dept. stating they didn't have the part that's needed. We're still waiting on the recall to be resolved. Jeff Wyler of Cincinnati is incompetent and totally clueless on how to run a service dept.
