Had an appointment for a recall. Made my appointment 2 half months prior. Show up for my appointment in July. Call later the same day to see in my Stinger was being service. Spoke with Kevin Price about service. He said a tech would service the vehicle. That was a lie. My car was just sitting in the lot park, no service was done. Theses people are a waste of time.

I had a 7 AM appointment and didn't get out until after 10. Many customers who came after me were serviced and left before they even came to show me what was needed. Very expensive ala carte service even before they actually looked at the car. I left with a tire sensor light still on as well as a check engine light that no one addressed.

Terrible experience. I came it for an oil change at 8 am and a fix to my radio. I had limited conversation with anyone in service and finally went to talk to somebody at noon, and was told that my radio needed the rest of the day to boot up. I asked if I could take the stick with me and was told no. I took my car and left. I don't need no stinking radio!

The service was fine, and everyone was friendly. I was annoyed at how many services and products they tried to sell me! $89 a piece for a cabin and engine filter! I ordered them on Amazon for $25 total! And they were super easy to install. They suggested a tire alignment for $149, but my car drives straight. Just felt like a racket!

Cleaning under the hood of cars any more can be wreckless with all the computers and such that are present. Check with your Ford Dealer. They should be able to offer you a code that can reset it. Sometimes these are located in the car in precarious places. Hope this answers you questions and maybe you can add a couple stars.??

The staff was very polite as always. I appreciate the vehicle checkup but my appointment lasted a lot longer than I expected. I went in 1st thing for an oil change and it took 90 minutes. Also, it took WAY too long to schedule the appointment (4 weeks) which is why I decided not to get the Buy 2, get 1 free oil change. I may not want to be tied to this shop in case I have a need for immediate service.
