There were some very kind people that worked there, and gave me the impression I would receive good care. A job that was to take 3 hours , became days due to poor scheduling. My bill was over $700 and I requested to have some amount taken off, due to the incredible inconvenience I went through. The answer was no, and I told them they would be getting a bad review. I wont be buying hyundai again, nor using their service.

Do not buy here. Car i had just bought had $1800 worth of repairs needed almost immediately and they were well aware of this. Even after paying an incredibly unfair price for these repairs, check engine light came right back on the next day. They aren't afraid to straight up lie to you.

I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM. They kept it all day. I called multiple times never got through. I got a ride up there to see what was taking so long with my car. They told me that they had it all taken apart. No one gave me a call to give me an update on the status of my vehicle and then that was a hassle trying to get a loaner not happy at all.

They have a new waiting room and it is a lot cleaner and more comfortable for waiting for your car to be serviced. They sent a video of how they checked out certain parts of the car to let you see yourself. What's going on with the underbody of it. The service advisor. Explain what could be done.
