I liked the oil change was efficient and on time. But it seems every time I bring in my vehicle for the free oil change; the service dept is trying to upsell some other repair or maintenance item even before it is necessary. And the prices are way more expensive than other service shops.

The upsell you speak of are designed to make customers aware of upcoming or due services designed to maintain the vehicle to the highest standards. In rare cases we have had customer upset when services were not recommended, we would rather error on the side of making you aware of your service options and pricing is typically based on Hyundai parts rather than less expense and less premium aftermarket parts. You DID ABSOLUTELY NOT SERVICE NOR INSPECT ANYTHING!!! I was refused service as a matter of fact so this is a falsified record on Car Fax. Is this normal practice? Still haven't even heard from the manager that promised to call and fine resolve for how badly things went that day. Unacceptable.

The actual service was good but the oil change interval is set too soon. This is a new 2025 Palisade with 12.5K miles and I already did oil change twice. The next one is scheduled at 18K (5K interval). I thought this was supposed to be at 7K-8K interval with full synthetic oil. I feel like this is unnecessary. Even my Hyundai and Carfax health report says it is 7K-8K interval.

I liked everything but the scheduling process. I needed to ask a question before making the appointment and there was no way to do that with automated scheduling. I tried to call the main number and I was transferred to someone who never returned my call. I ended up just making the appointment, but not having all the information I needed was an inconvenience.

There were some very kind people that worked there, and gave me the impression I would receive good care. A job that was to take 3 hours , became days due to poor scheduling. My bill was over $700 and I requested to have some amount taken off, due to the incredible inconvenience I went through. The answer was no, and I told them they would be getting a bad review. I wont be buying hyundai again, nor using their service.

Do not buy here. Car i had just bought had $1800 worth of repairs needed almost immediately and they were well aware of this. Even after paying an incredibly unfair price for these repairs, check engine light came right back on the next day. They aren't afraid to straight up lie to you.

I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM. They kept it all day. I called multiple times never got through. I got a ride up there to see what was taking so long with my car. They told me that they had it all taken apart. No one gave me a call to give me an update on the status of my vehicle and then that was a hassle trying to get a loaner not happy at all.

My engine was replaced under warranty, I liked that. I requested new belts and hoses while the engine was out, and expected to pay for these parts. That part was $900, parts and labor! That part I didn't like at all.
