It only took about an hour to replace a defective wiper blade that was supposedly inspected a few days earlier when I purchased the vehicle. The plastic cover above my rear mirror, supposedly repaired before my purchase, was found to broken. I'm still waiting for the part to schedule service.

Was charged for a diagnosis that when asked for details on what was found, they could not give me straightforward answers, could only tell me they plugged their phone in and it connected to the car, so there is nothing they can do when I am getting a consistent issue that they say they can't duplicate

I bought my car there that day and they allegedly did the 182 point inspection for which I paid extra. However, my wiper fluid was empty, tires were low and the gas tank was less than a third full when I bought it. So honestly I'm not convinced they did the inspection.

They did not put my oil lid back on, left it sitting somewhere under the hood. Once they closed the hood my hood did not properly close right causing us having to bring car back in. Once there we were not offered anything for time wasted or compensation of any kind for the issue.

Kept explaining what was happening and they kept telling us it was a sensor. We suggested other things for them to look at and they said it had all to do with a sensor. They replaced sensor and it didn't work. They eventually told us a filter needed replaced which is what we suggested to start with. They've had the car for almost 3 weeks just to figure out those 2 things.

Very disappointed. I went in for a hub barring replacement and when I picked up my car my hood would not close and the staff couldn't fix it even though when I dropped my car off to the dealership my hood was closed. They referred me to a body shop. I was charged $1500 for ONE wheel barring replacement and for them to inspect the car.

Truck was to have oil changed, tire rotation, fix the running board light, right front tire leaks air. Oil and tires rotated was completed. Light needs to be approved by warranty rep. And the tire was never looked at. The service department wants me to take another day off of work to have a bulb replaced, if they ever call me back.

My 2025 Passport occasionally gets "stuck" between 3-4 rpm. Has happened 10ish times in the 10 months I've had the car. Of course it did not do it for the service department. I was charged $200 for them to tell me there's nothing wrong. There is clearly an issue or I wouldn't have brought it in.

Replaced fuel injectors, spark plugs, outer tie rod ends on the front. That's all. Somehow that ran nearly $4k. I understand there's some ease in knowing that an actual dealership did the work, but come on. That's maybe a $1500 job including labor, if that. Should have just paid the diagnostics fees and taken it elsewhere. Unless you're financially well off, avoid dealerships for maintenance and service

Shane was good. I appreciate him taking the time. There was a older man that took my car and brought it right in. I don't know his name, but he was awesome. Now, what I didn't like is that I had to get a half of a car wash because the car wash don't work. Jeff needs to get a better carwash to give his customer that little extra service.

Horrible. I went there to get an oil change. Waited 40 minutes my car was not even pulled back. When I asked how much longer the service advisor told me another 1 hour 20 minutes because the service techs were at lunch! Don't have appointments at lunch time if you don't have employees to work.

It actually wasn't at this last service, but at the service before this last one. My visor had a rip in it and they 'fixed' it by tucking it back in. Now, the fabric is coming out again. Such a cheaply made car for such an expensive price. Other than it, the service seemed fine.
