He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done at this time and what could wait. I have taken my car (s) in for service at Wyler's for many years. Always with good results. Service Tech, Bob, was extremely helpful. I want to replace 3 wiper blades on my CRV. The service department only had 2 of the 3. The wiper blade was ordered & Bob called the next day, stating it was in. The service on my CRV was completed in a very reasonable timeframe which was amazing. Thank so much to the entire service shop!!

Contacted this dealer on a Monday for a truck that was listed at $27,900. Told them I would be down Friday to look at it got online on Friday morning and now the truck was priced at 32,000. Now they don't wanna honor their price and said they couldn't get anywhere near $27,900. I don't know why anybody would want do business with this dealership. What a joke. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

The technician left without telling me my car was completed. I called ten minutes before closing, told I must pay on line because no one would be there, then had to take the chance that my car/keys were accessible. The recall, oil change and tire rotation were all completed professionally. My problem is with the technician and his lack of communication.

Had to take the van back 3 times for a warranty fuel pump issue. Bob Snyder forgot to hang up the phone and shop supervisor Dillion was calling me profanity on my voicemail. Blamed corrosion for all lug nuts being lose and 3 missing. But failed to notice until after the fact.

Everything was fine until the shuttle was unable to come and return me to the dealership. The offer to pick me up the next day was unacceptable as I needed my car that evening. Grateful for the Uber but it should not have been needed as well as the anxiety this caused. Also why did this service take all day. My appointment was at 9 AM but did not begin until much later in the afternoon.

They found out that the shuddering when at highway speeds was due to incorrect tire rotation that they performed. They still charged us for the work. They also charged us 3% because we paid the $430.00 charge with a credit card. We were unaware this was their policy until we picked up the car.

In my opinion, Wyler Honda in Florence is one of the nicest dealerships I have done business with in my history of buying and driving cars. It is clean, professional, timely, quite helpful, and they have introduced a new feature of videoing the inspection of your auto. I would also like to point out the Service Manager, Jay Sammy, as someone who goes above and beyond what is typically expected of someone in that job, by me anyway.

I brought my HRV in for a recall. It went well, but when I picked it up, my service rep wasn't there, so someone brought my car up and it wreaked of gasoline smell. It lasted for a week, and gave me headache when I drove it. I just wish someone would've warned me and let me know, it was ok.

Went for a oil change and was sold a brake service and charged $350 Tech sent video of work he did and said NOTHING about touching brakes. Pretty certain I didn't receive any service on brakes. Several messages left for Service Managers Zel and Dylan. No return call. I purchased my Honda there and have had it serviced there for 4 years. Won't return!

I have an excellent credit score and they had to go through like six different companies to get me approved because they were charging too much money for the car with too many miles so that's why I was getting turned down. So I'm not happy with that going against my credit report. And I knew it was too much money probably about $4,000 too much. I will look around longer the next time instead of being in such a hurry but I needed a car.

Seems the people there that check the tread depth of tires need to be taught HOW to do it, and also be told that no 2 tires are guaranteed to have the same tread. I knew I had one brand new tires and 3 tires that were originals. Which would mean at least One of those tires would definitely NOT have the same tread. I definitely do not trust Jeff Wyler service after that!
