I have an excellent credit score and they had to go through like six different companies to get me approved because they were charging too much money for the car with too many miles so that's why I was getting turned down. So I'm not happy with that going against my credit report. And I knew it was too much money probably about $4,000 too much. I will look around longer the next time instead of being in such a hurry but I needed a car.

Seems the people there that check the tread depth of tires need to be taught HOW to do it, and also be told that no 2 tires are guaranteed to have the same tread. I knew I had one brand new tires and 3 tires that were originals. Which would mean at least One of those tires would definitely NOT have the same tread. I definitely do not trust Jeff Wyler service after that!

I love this service department. They are always kind and very informative. They let me decide what I want done. They give me the facts and recommendations and I decide what needs to be done. They answer my questions without treating me like an old lady. I'm 71 and just know very little about cars, but I do know some things. I appreciate that they don't try to bully me into buying or doing unnecessary repairs.

When we arrived for our appointment for a recall on a fuel pump, I asked the service rep if they could also do the 55,000 mile service. This way I would not have to schedule another appointment for service. He was very accommodating after reviewing our file and said that would not be a problem. Also we are so very glad that the shuttle service is available to us since retiring we went down to just one car. Thanks Wyler team!

This was no different: we dropped the car off the evening before our scheduled service & the next morning we received a video (from the mechanic) & a call from the service shop saying it was ready to go! Service was fine . We waited for the car to be serviced. Waiting area was clean and car was serviced in a timely manner. The total bill was considerably higher than what was quoted when we dropped the car off in the service area. The total cost should be quoted at the time you drop the car off.

Not happy with the service guy I had. Tried to force me into a credit card to get my 100k service done ($2400), when I kept refusing then said it will be you on the side on the road very soon. Recall issues. Fixed one problem only to crack the trim piece on the dash and now have to return again. No discount. Just an apology and excuse to bring it back again. All this time still no water pump or whatever for another recall and now part of the dash has an ugly crack in it until you all fix it.

Caveat emptor comes to mind. After the papers were signed I found out only one key fob was available. Was told it was traded in with only one. You would think an outfit as big as Wyler would make it right. Nope, I'm on my own. Contacted another Honda dealer and the cost for the fob is around $350. Now who thinks of making sure there are two key fobs when purchasing an auto. Well, I know who does next time around.

I was able to get an appointment for the same week I called. When I got there, they took my car back quickly. The report I received was very thorough. The only negative would be that they forgot to reset my oil life on the dash display. I had to google how to do it myself.
