I like the fact that there was video for the tread measurement, air filter inspections, and brake inspection. That sets this team above and beyond every dealership and auto service I have ever experienced. I asked for a service assuming I needed it and they did not do it or charge me for it because I did not need it. I appreciate that and the consistent service I receive here. When it is time, I will purchase here as well.

Had my vehicle since12-23 and failed to find the electrical problem. 5 1/2 months. Another shop fixed it in 2 days. Traded it in at another dealer for another Jeep Grand Cherokee !

Took in for an oil change, which was asked to be done months previous when they had it for 2 weeks fixing a rear differential. Requested filters and alignment. Upon picking up, it pulled to the right. Took to another shop for alignment.

Terribly slow service department. Had an appointment at 11:00 am, arrived early (approx. 10:45), and it took the service team 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

I pre-purchased the WylerCare oil change package and used my second oil change during this visit. They got my vehicle in quickly and serviced it within the day. Oil change, tailgate recall fix and a free tire rotation. Really happy with their service.

Did not resolve problem. Lack of communication and no one could give me information on what was done. Took weeks to get back to me, had to schedule another appointment and still couldnt tell me what parts were ordered or what next steps are. Very disappointed with the service so far. Hopefully I have a better experience with this next appointment

It would have been great if they didn't suggest things that didn't need to be done. My tires have plenty of life left, and I only needed my rear diff oil changed, not my whole system, I got the work done at a different dealership who went off my Vin to recommend maintenence.

I brought my vehicle in vehicle in for the airbag recall and to replace the throttle body that went the day before. They tried to overcharge and upsell me on the the throttle body to the tune of $2,900+. Said no, brought it home and replaced it 30 minutes work and a parts cost of $280 (including tax).

I have had some issues with bad calipers on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. To me it is more of a design/quality issue from Jeep...Wyler has replaced them 4 previous times, and they were still under warranty...This last visit was for them squeaking, so naturally I panicked because of the previous issues...They were able to get me in, and thankfully there were no issues other than we have been having a wet summer and the pads were squeaking because of this... I want to thank service advisors Caitlin Shafer, and Chris (sorry,no last name) for their prompt attention to this for me!
