Only dealt with them via email. The person's name was Chad Lingenfelter. I sent a question after hours and apparently his after hours response was quick to come through, he did reply himself stating he was out of the office but would contact me upon his return; in which he did that. I had asked him about a bad TPM sensor on a 2012 Liberty, during our discussion that vehicle sold. I sent him a list of parameters I was looking for and he said he had a few that matched that description and would send them over but he failed to send them and I never heard from him again.
