After a confusing start were service manager would not state ahead of service that a mopar battery bought from Jeff Wyler with 3 year with free replacement warranty that failed after 2 years would be replaced free. Stated would have to look into it. Finally stated if battery was bad it would be replaced, took several weeks

My only complaint is the customer waiting area. This lobby used to have several desks/workstations for customers to use while waiting. Now, there is only one long high counter top with outlets for laptops; however, there is only one chair for the counter space.

Keep telling them I'm having electrical problems but of course because it's not happening at that moment, they say nothing's wrong. I have told them several different times I've been there. Twice I've had to have my radio replaced windows intermittently stop working . it won't tell me my seatbelts not on. Ext ext they charged me $300 and did nothing.

My car was towed to the garage with starting issues. It arrived Sunday. Shop did not open until 9:00 am January 13, I called and spoke to JT. The only thing he could tell me at that time was that a diagnostic would have to be run. When I called later in the after noon they would not be able to look at it until the 22nd. I was not offered any type of loaner Vehicle.

My truck just died on a Monday morning. The starter died and it was a holiday week. Right after the holiday, they told me to bring it in and they would get to it. I had it towed to the dealership that morning. I received a call around 1PM, they had it fixed. They also changed the oil and rotated the tires when it was on the rack. I got it back that evening after work. Much appreciated!
