I liked that they checked over the whole truck. There were more issues found other than the reason why I brought my truck in. I didnt like that I found after the repairs/service was completed that there were many screws and bolts missing from under the truck where repairs were made.

Worse experience ever they did top off my fluids no air in my tires my tire pressure light came on very next morning and to round off they missed to tell me my radiator was leaking ended up fixing it next day overall all the money they charge and u don't get what u pay u get whatever they feel like

The truck was a fair price. The documentation process of buying the truck was as efficient as I have seen. Some questions/forms up front, and did not have to wait long to get in front of the business manager and finalize the purchase. Also, Thomas Moore was the sales person, and he went out of his way to assist. He even came in on his day off to help make the deal happen. Overall, a very good experience.

I took my car in for regularly scheduled maintenance. The technician explained everything that needed to be done and the time it would take. It took just a bit longer than expected, but not by much. I brought things to keep me busy in the waiting room, so I hadn't realized the time until I checked after the car was done.

Went in for a possible recall/warranty issue regarding a poor design on the 2023 Nissan Murano sunroof drain line clog issue. They offered to do a simple water test, which I already did, for $285.00 dollars! Who knows what the "fix" would have cost. I decided to take care of it myself and was able to fix it for $5.00 and in 15 minutes. These service centers are absolute ripoffs!

The staff is nice, and they work quickly, but this last time I was there they worked too quickly. Any milestone service is supposed to include a wash and a vacuum and I received neither. They usually mention it, but I got nothing at my 20,000 mile, $300 service.

Coupon for Oil-Filter and tire rotation. Service was completed as asked, but service advisor tells me "rear brakes need replaced" at 77k I haven't had to do the front brakes yet and they do 80% of the braking. In addition the "engine coolant looks burnt and needs a coolant flush", though owners manual reads first flush at 105k I have absolutely no trust for this dealership when they promote upselling customers with BS service.
