My daughter 2018 Chevy Trax needed a new key or transmitter.the old one stopped working.we had it tow to Dons because it was already in Wauseon. They told us we had to buy to of them because they would program one I called to two other dealers and said I did not have to buy two keys.They you are not being honest with me .My daughter did not have$1100 to spend I had to help her.Not very pleased with this.Thank you Martin Wagner

Issue with not receiving a call after my car was ready. I was told that
Don's called me, but I had my cell phone the entire time and there was no
missed call or voice mail message. Not sure who they called?

Alex is a young and very capable technician. He had my car diagnosed quickly and we ordered the parts immediately. When the parts came in a day or so later Alex installed them and my car has operated better and my drive to and from work is smoother and it literally feels like I am driving a newer car.

They claimed they couldn't reach me, but did manage to email me that they couldn't. Kind of funny that my email wasn't good enough to send information to me about the vehicle I inquired about. I opted to shop elsewhere because they couldn't be bothered to use email for contact. We ended up buying a Chevy Silverado at a dealership closer to home.

Did a great job diagnosing and fixing the vac pump. However, the oil was never changed and tires weren't rotated so I had to take it back the following week. They also handled the warranty well and did everything necessary so that the rental car was also covered.

I don't like to shop. I want to get in and get out. BUT... If I have questions, I expect someone knowledgeable to assist me in finding the answers. All of this was realized at Don's. I told them the car I wanted, they delivered on the request quickly, and made sure all of the loose ends were tied so there were no worries on my end.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires saying they didn't need to be rotated at this time. Why not? If I'm paying to have the tires rotated, they should be rotated. And I see that they recorded that the tire rotation was done on the CarFax report.
