The personnel were professional and courteous. The service was great and they explained everything well. But parking was difficult and it took too long to complete the service despite my scheduled appointment. They could have checked back in with me and to explain the delay.
However, the price is reasonable.

I received the car back with it severely vibrating. It did not do this when I brought it in. They kept my car for 4 days and said they couldn't figure out what was causing it. Very frustrating experience. I question the competence of head mechanic, Mark.

Took me in on the spot with no appointment. Checked my brakes because I was worried there may be a problem and thank goodness there was not. Reduced so much stress from my mind. Also changed my oil and did all of this quickly. Did not present me with false claims of something being wrong. These people were great and I will surely use them again if the need arises.

The technician Daniel was so incredibly nice -honest and very patient . Took his time explaining the issues with my vehicle and took MORE time the second time I went back to clarify and identify the real problem ( not related to my truck ) My family comes here for service . I suppose that there are still decent people like the ones at Jay & Dean's- Megan was the most pleasant person you can deal with on the phone. I mentioned to James that I have a class to go to. He had my car done with a lightning speed and got me in my way. I called few places inquiring on the cost, Jay & Dean's was by far the best. These are honest and decent folks to deal with. I will never bring my cars anywhere except to them.

Highly customer service driven. Megan, Scott and techs that I had interaction with were extremely friendly, communicative and knowledgable on any/all questions I had and service to be performed.
Technician was very thorough in performing oil change and overall safety inspection. Though this was a fairly standard service visit, I feel confident in future repair visits with Jay & Dean's.

These people were excellent! Accurate diagnosis on front suspension repairs, kept me up to date on everything, very reasonable cost.
