I like that they ran my car through the car wash without me asking but I don't like that they didn't fill the windshield wiper fluid. The light is on and I thought they were supposed to check all fluid levels. I was there 2 hrs so it should have been done.

Excellent and fast service. In for an oil change but needed brake bleed. The car after the bleed is much tighter feeling and the braking is clearly better. My only complaint is oil on dash shown at 100%, but rather have it set back to how I came in, though wasn't difficult to do that.

We wasted a day in service. Poor job by the service writer. We explained the issues when setting the appointment and then the service writer advised we cannot do the work as the were short on techs. They helped with one of four issues and advised we just didn't understand the vehicle on the balance.

Chase the service agent is magnificent. He throughly explains repairs and answers all your questions. Easily approachable. If I have concerns he is open to resolving the issue. I'm glad he has returned to Jay Wolfe Honda. I can be at ease when I drop off my vehicle for service.

I believe Ian at desk four in the service bay was the person that helped me when I checked in and he did a terrific job. Seems like I've had or spoken to most of the service guys there over the years that let's just say we're not the best experience. Ian made the process easy and got me in and out quickly with what I needed. Didn't try to upsell any service I didn't need and got me taken care of in what I actually needed.

The staff at this location are GO GETTERS! The coffee machine was down and a staff went to get coffee and donuts for all customers. The tech I worked with helped me with ALL my payment options. The location didnt attempt to keep my car after seeing all that was wrong with it.

Scheduled service for diagnosis to find out it cost $195, ($100 more that other Honda dealer ) but end up taking almost three hours long, no different than walk in. Advisor was literally useless not very helpful his associate would end up step in to check and communicate on status even worst the price estimates change within minute by adding up more labor hoursvery disappointed after years of avoiding this location

I had an issue Saturday morning with the computer screen not turning on. I drove to the Jay Wolfe a few minutes later and they got me right in, changed the oil and fixed the issue in less than an hour without an appointment. Very happy with the service.

The shop did not repair the car. Diagnosis was not completed on the car. We paid $3200 for a recommended repair that did not fix the problem that we were having. We were going to be charged for a new complete diagnosis. the preliminary diagnosis for the latest service dept visit was already known and was caused by the problem we were having with the car. We ultimately decided not to have the car repaired.
