I had tires put on by a different company and they cross threaded my lug nut. I brought it in to have it fixed and the other company reimbursed me. These guys did a fantastic job. Looking back I should have got my tires done at Jay Wolfe. I will continue to get all future service work done here.

Information discussed when I scheduled Apptmnt was directly contradicted by service department when I arrived. The amount for diagnostics and when the the diagnostic would take place. The only service said to me was, that's wrong, they should not have told you that. Wasted two hours of my day.

I payed $600 for them to fix my car. It did not fix the issue. Then they told me that my car needed ANOTHER repair, fuel injectors, for over $1,200. I asked if they could GUARANTEE my car would be fixed after paying over $1,800. They could not, and would not discount anything if it wasn't fixed. I had it towed elsewhere to have the work done. I refuse to give them another dime.
