Came in for a noise in the rear when braking. They first said the suspension was damaged. Then they changed their diagnosis to brake noise coming from the front. Nothing was ever wrong with the front. They also stated that it was normal for the brake pads to slide and make clunking noises when stopping, according to their master tech. Don't waste your time of money here. Make the drive to OKC or Tulsa.

They told me my new battery was not good and needed replaced. I took it to NAPA and they tested it. They found the battery was just like new and didn't need to be replaced. Glad I didn't have Janzen change the battery. Janzen did okay on the basic oil change but it did take an hour.

Instead of getting my Toyota serviced in Granbury, TX where I live at the local Toyota where Im just a number, I prefer to use Janzen here in Stillwater, OK when I am in town. Seems like they are eager to take care of the customer and do quality work. Ill be back again for my next service.

Service tech explained everything they did, confirmed my suspicions that the front brakes needed replaced and even discussed a trouble shooting code that came up during the multi point inspection. I live in Texas but decided to try Jansen while I was in town. Im probably going to start getting all my service done here. Very happy, thank you.

What I love about taking my car to Janzen for service is that I never feel I'm being rushed or pressured to buy an item or service. If they think I need something, they'll let me know, but they don't pressure me to get it done right away if it's something that isn't dangerous, which I really respect. The whole dealership, from sales to service, is the exact opposite of the stereotypical ones you always think of.

Techs seemed knowledgeable and nice. Service was wildly expensive though for what was done. Wanted to charge $50 for a cabin air filter replacement. Got it for $15 from O'Reilleys and the removal/installation took less than 1 minute. Makes me wonder what else I was overcharged for.

The people there at Janzen are the nicest professional people you can get. I arrived early for my appointment and they welcomed me right away. Took my vehicle and completed my service very timely. The Service manager walked out on the lot to find us while we were wandering around. He gave us our key and led us back to check out and be on our way.

Excellent experience. Trevor DiLorenzo (service manager) and Cody Condet (mechanic) replaced my rack and pinion, alligned, changed my limited slip differential fluid and replaced my front brake pads and saved me several hundred dolars over 2 competidor prices for my 2003 Toyota Tundra. They come and discuss anything needed before the perform the service to make sure you are informed of the costs, especially if it's something that is unknown prior to the appointment. I went there excited and ready to buy and the car couldnt be test driven or sold and they tried to sell me another that smelled and wasnt in good condition on the inside and the ac quit. Ive tried contacting two private owners and another dealer on here and no response back
