Appointment booked was incorrect when I arrived. And I had to leave my vehicle until the next day due to this. And then they ordered a part under warranty, was told it would be 4 days so I would have to come back a 3rd time. But as of today, I have not been notified of the parts arrival.

I didn't like the fact that one of my mechanics damaged my oil pan so that I had to replace it. Don't know who it was. I don't like the fact that I had to pay a 3% fee to use my credit card.I don't like that $1200 of my $1900 repair was labor cost. The car seems to be fixed. Time will tell. My service coordinator was a nice guy.

I believe servicing was completed correctly but scene I didn't see it done I have to take there word for it but this vehicle has many controls that are totally new to me and my last car didn't have, so asked if 1 or 2 could be explained, reading the manual wow.

We were on the road heading to a meeting when the problem popped up, Took a chance and stopped in to see Janesville Subaru could help us. We arrived at 8:00am just after they opened In and out in three hours and the work was done under warranty!!!! Fantastic service.

Was able to make an appointment at a time convenient for me. Got in and out quickly. Staff was very friendly. But was a bit disappointed that my windshield washer fluid was not filled even thought it was checked that it had been completed. I checked it when I got home and needed to go out and buy some as it was nearly empty.

They always treat me well. They provide loaners easily when your vehicle is out of commission for a while. Scott my service advisor treats me respectfully and is always willing to answer my questions. Even though I have to travel almost 80 miles I will only go to this shop as long as I have my car.

The waiting area is really nice and the coffee machine has a latte option, which is delicious! My car needed to be serviced longer than anticipated due to needing new tires. Dan was very helpful and provided me with a brand new loaner vehicle. It was also neat to test out a different Subaru!

I am greeted the moment I drive into the service center. They check mileage and if any issues need to be corrected. The waiting area is clean and seating comfortable. When finished all that has been done is covered verbally and what might be needed in the future. I find service and checkout staff very friendly and efficient.
