I use Jamie's for car service and like the shop, but was a bit disappointed with this most recent service. I had 4 tires installed and the tire pressures were all at least 8 psi too high, up to 18 psi high. The technician clearly didn't pay attention to what he was doing. Old wheel weights were removed during the re-balancing, but the old adhesive was left in place--another indication of poor workmanship

They ordered the correct 4 tires for us. Installed and had truck ready for me in a timely manner. Only thing is I would have liked to of gotten a call that the truck was ready and asked authorization before alignment was done due to extra charge involved. But other than that, I recommend!

Sooooooo impressive. Fixed my tire...very slow leak. Putting air in every 3 days. I delayed going in, because I was afraid they wouldn't find the leak. They found it...showed it to me! More impressive...they filled ALL tires with recommended amount of air...not just the leaky one. And, filled the tires to the right amount...Never got that service from the dealer.

great service even tho it was an 700 plus $$ repair they were able to find the problem within the same day and had me back out on the road the next week (car broke down on Saturday) so all and all it was great service as always will be back should anything else arise
