I went to have 3 recalls taken care of. The staff was courteous and the work was completed in a timely manner. They did not have one part; however, it is on order and will notify me when it is received so the work can be completed.

9 am appt for oil change and tire rotation. Finished 2 hours later. Tech hung a courtesy car wash on the rearview mirror...my car did not receive the courtesy car wash.

No one talked to me about all the issues that needed attention. I had to read about it on the printout. It was time for my tires to be rotated but wasnt asked to do that either. I was sitting in the waiting room the entire time.
