The staff is professional, but also courteous and friendly and takes great care of their customers. The service advisors, technicians, and transport personnel know most of by name and in my case they know that I am often 30 minutes to 1 hour early for my appointments due to a 125 mile trip to the dealership, so they do everything they can to get me in ahead of my appointment time so that I can get back on the road towards home.

I was at the dealership early for my appointment, but they were able to get me in shortly after my arrival and on my way home just after my appointment was scheduled to actually begin, always a helpful ocurrance but even more so when like me one lives 125 miles away from the dealership. The staff is always professional and not just courteous but friendly and always willing to go out of their way to be helpful to their customers.

Didn't like I had to go back because the mechanic didn't bolt battery strap in place, it was left dangling, he also left tool under hood on cowl under wipers. I only went there because it was an emergency, they were the closest place when I broke down.
