James Motors did warranty work on my car. I was very pleased with the service and they dropped my off at my house and picked me up when the car was ready. I have to say, that their coffee bar was better than a Starbucks. I normally do my own light repairs but I will be back if my vehicle needs anything specialized.

Does not follow Mercedes-Benz proper service plan. As well as over charges for a basic oil change by 200$. They cant give you the cost of service up front like most dealerships can and then they drain the oils and tell you the price afterwards. They have you because you cant leave without oil

We had an issue with the Auxiliary battery. It failed and unfortunately we had to wait nearly 3 weeks to get our car into the shop. It was worth the wait because as usual our car was ready in about an hour, as we were promised when making the appointment. We're glad we have chosen James Motors for our car service in the future, after having some not so wonderful experiences at another Mercedes dealer.

Dustin Gage was my Associate. He was very cordial. He took down all information concerning the vehicle. He showed me the waiting area, while he did his due diligence. The only concern that I had was the system showed the vehicle under the name of Veronica Lee. Since I paid for service rendered. I requested pictures of the vehicle, while being inspected. We both were shocked at the results.

First of all James Motors is very thorough and professional we currently own 2 Benz's and have always owned at least 1 Benz since 1990. I have purchased at least 6 Benz's from James. This last service they had my car for a week but that was due to their supplier (Mercedes Benz) in Chicago. Still though it's tough being without your car for a week!
