They wouldnt come down one cent from the listed price. They wanted to charge a $450 dealer fee. I told them if they took that off the sales price I would buy the vehicle. They wouldnt do that. They also wanted to charge a $899 environmental fee. I told them I didnt want it. They said it was required. I didnt buy a vehicle from them.

Sorry to say, I should have never been invited to look at the car at the time I made the appointment. The car was filthy inside & out. I cannot believe they presented the car this way. The car should have been cleaned before it was ever listed for sale.
This was an absolute waste of my time. I did purchase from a Buick convertible a week ago. Before I purchased a brand new Chrysler 300 in 2020 I went to Sweeny Chrysler to look at & test drive one. Charlatans. Caught the salesmen in a lie and when confronted his juvenile brain could not cope. He stated they would offer their "best deal" but it never was presented. All I got was excuse after excuse.
1. I don't price the cars. 2. The car has low mileage. 3. Then he requests my presence in order to make a deal. He refused to call with an offer. On and on he went to avoid responsibility like the weasel he to get out of a situation he created.
Furthermore, MA (initials) was unwilling to accept that an $1,100 service was due on the car which can easily be verified. Lot of fees on the check out. Gave them ample opportunity to come to the table in good faith and it was "smoke and mirrors."
Zero integrity. If you want to be lied to and deal with a teenager like mentality throwing a tantrum come here.

The CarFax listing had the car I wanted listed for $22,611 at Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence, KY. Its about an 1.5 hour drive away from our home. But the price was right, so we make the journey there. Once we get there, the salesman that greets us is not the one who originally contacted me. Then, the car had not been cleaned at all and smelled like smoke. But again, the price was right, and they said they would clean it up. Then it wasnt until after we sat down and he ran our credit (causing a hard inquiry hit to our credit scores) that he told us the real price of the car was $26,900. However, even though we had driven an hour for this car at this price, we were still willing to negotiate. After two trips with his manager, the salesman let me know that he was sorry for this mistake, but there was no way the could sell for less than $26,000. My husband said that we wouldnt mind doing $26,000 including our taxes and fees. The salesman goes back to the manager, comes back to the table, simply hands us our original car keys back and says thanks for stopping in. Ohand they greatly undervalued my car for trade in. Absolutely one of the worst experiences.

What a great experience! I wanted a used Alfa and I was able to find one on Car Fax website. Then I contacted Jake Sweeney. I spoke to one sales guy that explained they have a dedicated person for just Alfa and therefor he couldn't help me. So then Skip the Alfa guy reached out to me and made sure I knew everything about the SUV and the process. Skip didn't make me say not to all those products dealers sell. He just was matter of fact about the price and didn't play games. I did how ever inquire about wheel insurance since these cars have low profile tires so Skip was able to find me a policy that covered them at my request. It was called Image Guard. I highly recommend Jake Sweeney!
