Absolutely horrible! This is the WORST JLR dealership. DO NOT buy any USED Range Rover cars as Bob Sullivan is stealing sleek parts and supplying CHINA with the robots of the future! Extended warranties are a complete ripoff. Buy all USED vehicles without any warranty!

My service person was extremely attentive and listened to my concerns based on my previous visits. He kept the car for a couple of days to make sure everything was perfect, before releasing it to me. Very disappointed my previous service person didn't listen to me and I had to have my car towed over 50 miles. My brakes went out and I almost wasn't able to stop the car.

They didn't check my fluids and I feed I was overcharged for the battery service. I may change location. I was I could never trade my car in because it's not worth it. Yet if it wasn't traded I'm sure it would be sold for at least $20k. That manager that got me financed gave me a high interest rate even though my credit was good plus a trade in. That guy no longer works there. Go figure. For me, the thrill is gone.!
