Unfortunately, my experience has not matched what I would expect from a premium brand. JP has not been helpful and the overall interaction has felt impersonal and unpleasant. The service level has felt more like an entry-level dealership than a luxury Range Rover experience. In addition, this is the second time I've taken delivery of a new vehicle and still was unable to get the automatic startup vehicle features set up.
