To begin with the Next morning after having the vehicle serviced for Check Engine Light On, The vehicle was dead. The Shop (Land Rover) did not provide assistance. I had to acquire help from AAA to return to the Shop (Land Rover North). It was determined The Battery was Dead. I had to pay for a new battery to be put in the vehicle.

The service advisor initially quoted a price for repairs which I signed off on however; once the repairs were completed the price increased by $700.00. Their parts are overpriced and the hours per job are quite inflated. After reading reviews I feel as though they take advantage of their customers. Very disappointed with my service experience!

Saw a Jaguar XK advertised on the internet called used car sales to check on it. No salesman available they will call you back, left number, no call back, call again, no one available! Took a drive to see for myself, found a salesman who advised they no longer had the vehicle ??? Wasted Saturday afternoon.
