The Land Rover dealership in Mechanicsburg PA is very clean and the waiting area very comfortable. The service technician kept me abreast of everything and when he noticed the service will take longer than anticipated, he provided a loaner vehicle. Only negative was the overall cost as the regular maintenance cost is very expensive.

Hands down the best Jaguar dealership experience I've ever had! From the moment I called Jaguar of Harrisburg, I knew I was in good hands. Angie, the receptionist, deserves a special shout-outshe was warm, professional, and most importantly, someone actually answered the phone (a rare miracle in the world of Jaguar dealerships, apparently!). I had called multiple other locations closer to home, but none of them could be bothered to pick up or call back. Not here. Angie made me feel welcome and valued from the first ring. Blaine, the service manager, was just as impressiveknowledgeable, kind, and incredibly transparent. He took the time to go over exactly what my car needed and had it pulled in right away. I grabbed breakfast nearby, and before I was even done eating, I received a video diagnosis showing exactly what was going on with my car. I was given a fair and honest quote, and to my surprise, the work was completed within 24 hours. They even called me the moment it was ready. The car is running perfectly now, and I truly couldn't be more pleased. Side note: I drove an hour and a half just to get here based on their glowing reviewsand now I understand why. I could've gone to the dealership closer to me (Jaguar of Allentown, yes I'm naming names), but after four callsthree voicemails and one rude conversationI realized they just didn't care. I told them I had a $4,000 repair ready to go. They said they were too busy, took my number, and surpriseno one ever called back. If a dealership can't even manage basic communication, they're certainly not touching my vehicle. Thank you, Jaguar of Harrisburg, for setting the gold standard. Your professionalism, efficiency, and genuine customer care are why I'll never go anywhere else. Worth every mile of the drive!
