The problems were finally resolved on Wednesday, 4/10. In the interim Daniel arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle.

Thus dealership was very hospitable. Unfortunately they sent my quote in fir the wrong amount on the wrong vehicle. I felt like it was a bait and switch. They showed me a range river but sent the request in for a higher amount which I did not get approved for the amount. They offered another vehicle which was also out of my price range. I got a vehicle a BMW Gwinette. Thank BMW for being honest.

Brought car in for a recall. Before arriving my tire pressure indicator was on. I asked that tires be checked. I was told they were checked and all good. Drove home and nearly had a flat tire due to screw in tire. Obviously no one actually checked my tires.

I recently purchased a used 2015 Land Rover LR4, however, prior to purchase I had an inspection done at JLR Gwinnett. There was a fee, but it was completely worth it to know that the vehicle was in good shape with not unidentified issues. I've always taken my Rovers (LR3) to JLR Gwinnett and I have absolutely NO reason to stop.

Service provided by LR Duluth was awesome so, I will definitely give them another try at repairing this issue. The roof strip came up again after being placed back on roof but, I have scheduled a 2nd visit to have them correct the issue. I have asked them to order a new roof strip & place a new strip on car. They set appt & have offered me a loaner to get me back to work during this replacement.
