The service was absolutely horrible here, Spencer deserves to be fired. He did not care about us or anything with our vehicle. Our A/C went out as we were making a cross country road trip. Spencer did not care and told us they cant fix it. He was very snobby and I will never bring my vehicle back there I was disgusted.

It was a very busy day. Even though I had to wait the representative was nice . My only frustration was the wait to call Commonwealth westside for my warranty verification after I came to pickup my Jeep. I do like customer service at commonwealth where I purchased the jeep but I live very close to Arlington and hope it is not an issue every time I bring my vehicle in for service.

The oil change service was efficient. We needed new tires, and I was expecting that we would at least get a detailed estimate, at best, a couple of options to consider. Instead, I got a text message with a total price and no details, and an email with a different price, also no details. We did not buy tires.

Horrific company and all their staff is unprofessional. Purchased vehicle from CJD Arlington and at my 30k service, they damaged my winch on my vehicle and the jeep now has a death wobble. Ive had to take it to another mechanic to get the problems corrected that they caused.

Lisa Lewis my service consultant was the best. Her attrition to detail was perfect, she was kind and super patient. Lisa answered all my questions, when they would have annoyed most others.
I highly recommend requesting Lisa when going there to have any service done to your vehicle.

Have a 2020 rubicon recon and have put 2 batteries in it already. Svc advisor was condescending when I criticized their text system that doesnt work and said he didnt design it. Was charged hazardous waste disposal fee plus additional $18 since i wanted my 6 week old batter back they replaced. Fees are a rip off.

Joseph was super nice and patient with me. I think Covid changed the service landscape and I was pretty upset having to do things differently than Ive been used to in years past but he kept me up to date with supplier updates and a loaner vehicle while my service was waiting to get completed.

On the invoice they said the tire pressures were 35psi all the way around. They did not check the tire pressures evidence by the pressures actually being 36psi front and 32psi rear. This is the correct pressures as indicated by the label on the inside door frame. I don't blame the mechanic, I blame the people that allow them to get away with it. What other checks did they skip?

Horrible, 3 weeks and truck still not repaired.
Service writer couldn't or wouldn't do his job to get warranty repair completed. Dealer lost service records even though they have completed all service work since new. Will never go back to this dealer for anything ever again

Took 2 hours for the express service, got charged for something not done because of a problem I wasnt even told about until I called to ask why they didnt rotate my tires as they said they did. This place has some of the worst customer service, both accuracy of actual work and the service manager. I wish my city had more dealership options.

service sucked! They should look up VIN and owner of vehicle before charging! Service manager didn't even realize the vehicle has been sold and I was the new owner of vehicle. Receipt even had old owner on it! They are in such a rush it results in poor quality and bad customer service! One star isn't even good enough for my rating after about 7 phone calls.

After getting my tires rotated I checked the tire pressures. I discovered after having the service manager note on the work order, pressures need to be 35psi front and 32psi in the back according to the information on the door frame. The mechanics didn't check the tire pressures as indicated by the pressures being opposite. Real losers and most unprofessional. Management said they would talk to them. I will never buy tires from them.

Came for oil change without an appointment. Got in and out very fast. Will come back soon for tire pressure alert that keeps coming up on screen. They said we would have to leave car with them and we were not prepared to do that at this time. Great service!

Was not impressed with the service. I have purchased 3 vehicles through this dealership and had a good experience. The service department is terrible. They looked at the vehicle for a shimmy in the front end and ended up doing a front end alignment and tire rotation. It is still not right. I will be taking my vehicles to another dealership for service from now on.

Just brought the car 3 weeks ago before I even took it off the lot told them that my right turn signal wasn't working.
It took them two hours. They told me they fixed it and still wasn't even working. The dealership side is awesome!!! Not so much for the mechanic side.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. It was really odd that they did NOT check the tire pressure and fill to specs and let me leave with the check tire pressure light on. I had to go to a gas station and FILL the tires myself to the correct pressures.

Arrived at shop and was immediately approached and waited on. They performed an inspection of the vehicle to include the AC which I asked for. All tires were checked for proper inflation and oil and filter changed. it was done efficiently and quickly. Very satisfied with service.
