I drove in without an appointment due to damaged run-flat tire. Setvice rep Cash took care of me quickly. Got me situated in the lounge and said it would be ready in 60 minutes. It took 75, not a big deal. Appreciated his followup and getting me back on the road so quickly.

After making an appointment and the car was towed to Jackie Cooper, it sat for 8 days and they never even touched the vehicle. I then went and asked for the key back and took it someplace else. How can they update the CarFax as if they did a "driveability check" and "washed and detailed" it when THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT IT!

Took it in for a coolant sensor recall. Ended up with a $4000+ estimate and now coolant level warning comes on when it never did before. They were very disappointed when i told them i could not afford the repairs they suggested. I didnt dispute the repairs I just couldnt afford it. They've been this way since we've ever used them. I shutter when there's a recall.

We received a call later in the day that said they probably were not going to be through with our car so drive the loaner home and they would call tomorrow. I liked that all of the employees that I worked with were professional and pleasant. I obtained a loaner car, had service done to my BMW Alpina B8, and had a genius help me with some of the features on my BMW. All three individuals were great to work with and everything went smoothly. I also liked that I had worked with Christian the last time my car was serviced. I liked this continuity of working with the same service advisor.

Can I give zero stars? Jackie Cooper BMW knows they're the only game in town and they treat us accordingly. They're unethical and ridiculously overpriced. They were condescending and rude. We'll never go back. I'd rather drive to Texas than go there again. We are currently in the market for a new car and won't do business with any of the Cooper Auto Group dealers.

The beginning state well, but it ended right there. I put in a request for information on a specific vehicle. They responded promptly to my email. They even sent a personalized video. That was the extent of communication with them. They didn't answer my question and never responded to my return email. I ended up buying a vehicle from a different dealer.

Since my husband took the car in and not me, they gave him a different set of issues that were wrong when I got nothing of the sort last month. They got almost $800 out him for something that they should have fixed for free since they messed it up. This will be my first and last BMW to ever own because of the service we receive from here.

My service was good, as expected. My concierge is very polite and was incredibly helpful while they had my X5. They found a few things to be addressed mechanically, which I requested be run through my extended warranty and I still haven't heard anything back 11 days later so I'm wondering if I fell through the cracks???

It was fine car was dirty when I picked it up.Took two months to get on their schedule for service to have a loaner car. There was a recall on the brakes bought the car new in Tulsa not OKC. May that's the issue. I certainly had better service on my Jaguar for several years in OKC

I was glad all work and service was completed that needed to be done. Didnt like that the valve cover was cracked and was trying to be reused. Did like that they were honest about it, and replaced it at a discount rate w/no labor charge. I will always count on Cooper BMW to care for my vehicle needs.

I had a small piece of gravel that became lodged in the left front wheel area. A high pitched scraping noise occurred with any movement of the vehicle. I contacted Roadside Assistance and rode with the wrecker driver to the Edmond location. I was seen as soon as I arrived and technicians removed the small stone, washed and vacuumed the vehicle in under an hour.

The people at BMW were very professional! My loaner was ready before I completed my check in. Communication was great and they called immediately when they found that my rear brake pads were low. I also asked them to take care of some wheel rash on one of the M's wheels and it looked perfect! Had my car back the very next day!

They told me they checked my tire pressure but did not. I told them it needed to be adjusted. My husband did it for me at home. On my break bumper, they never addressed the missing piece. I mentioned it when I called for service and I mentioned again when they followed up with me after my service. They said someone would get back to me and never did. Otherwise all was good.

The person who checked me out was a jerk. I asked why changing wiper blades cost $150 and he stated because that's what it costs. $150 to change wiper blades should have been disclosed prior to the service and the person checking out should work on his people skills.

The service person was very nice and helpful. The process to check in was easy. However, my appointment was on 12/27 and my vehicle had a brake fluid service due in 1/2025. I was disappointed I wasn't notified about it at my appointment so I could elect to have that serviced and avoid another appointment.
