There were 2 vehicles I was interested in looking at. They told me 1 of them had sold. I made an appointment to look at the other 1, and 10 minutes before I got there, they called to tell me it was sold. They showed me another more expensive vehicle. I wonder if they ever really had the 2 vehicles I was originally interested in.

We wasted 2 hours at the dealership and never got to talk to the finance guy or the manager. The whole time was spent watching the salesman punch in numbers on his phone to give us prices. We tried to negotiate as we wanted to buy the truck when he came up with a number that was actually above the list price we gave up and went directly behind them to another dealership and purchased a truck.

New engine installed. Took a while to get through all the hastles from other companies involved in the warranty process but Jack Schmidt did a fantastic job and are very prompt with updates and always friendly. Special thanks to Fred in service. Excellent customer service.

People were not very friendly towards me about how much i was supposed to be charged got into a disagreement about the warranty and deductible i was not told about my deductible of $200.00 until i call my car salemansand he said i will only pay $200.00 and the warranty gapwise $699.00 will take care of the rest????

Outstanding service! Worked with Chevy to replace my volt engine that was under warranty but was a 2012. Kevin really went the extra mile to work with Chevy and get me an engine at no cost. They provided a free rental car while they were working out the warranty with Chevy. Great customer service at Jack Schmitt Chevy!

The service was terrible. I was told that the service would take one hour, so I decided to wait. Unfortunately, I was there for three hours. Also, a sign on the door stated that masks were mandatory; however, not a single employee was wearing one. I gave them two stars only because it wouldn't allow me to gave them one star.

The service was good took a while to get the info and the part was on super long back order apparently took 114 days to get it but they detailed the car and put me in a free loaner for two months until I bought new car from the dealer. They gave it a free detail and cut my labor cost drastically for the inconvenience

took 2019 3500 hd LTZ dually in to get tires rotated waited about 3 hrs. when i got truck back they changed engine oil &filter other filters without my authorization at 50000 miles i had just did all this at 49000 miles did not charge me i use royal purple oil & fram oil fil filters which they did not then found out later did not rotate tires could not because of rims drove to work next day sun shined on passenger seat saw dirty foot print on leather seat and smudge prints on doors etc.no one else has ever rode in truck except me will never go back to them. very disappointed
