My Service Advisor was great. My oil tech did not clean oil splash from oil change which leaked on my parking spot and prompted me to go back to dealership to check if oil plug or filter did not have proper fit. Fortunately it was just oil residue that was not cleaned according to the technician. Problem was corrected.

Came in for a quick oil change and the vehicle just sat for over half an hour. Turned out the service writer was out to lunch and he ended up calling me on my cell after returning asking what needed to be done to the car. Things happen but my time is valuable too. So the better part of an hour and a half went by. Not my idea of a quick oil change.

Everyone at Jack Powell takes care of you and your vehicle with the utmost professionalism. That is why I purchased my car and have it serviced there rather than the dealer that is 5 minutes away. I drive 30 minutes to get to Jack Powell (with no traffic, I wish it were the case).

A part that is made by Cummins!!!!
Exactly same part number!!!
They just over labeling it with a Mopar sticker!

My 2017 Ram was in for an XM issue, the truck was in for 3 weeks with nothing replaced after 3 week then returned to me with oil on the hood. The get the 2 stars for take the truck back and washing it. The XM radio is still cutting out under clear sky's.

Everything went alright. After I got the Dodge, the next morning I had to put air in the tires because they were low. They all were at 30pounds of air and should have been at 36 pounds. All of the tire readings were low and the warning buzzer went off.

I was told they ordered the wrong parts. The quote I was given this time was a lot higher than the previous quote given to me. This is the 2nd time I made an appt for the same issue. The first time, I was told the parts was available; but when I showed up for my appt, they didn't have the parts. Otherwise, the waiting lounge/coffee room is comfortable.

They refused to fix my car even as the service manager said he knew what was wrong and said it cost $2000.00 to fix. He said Chrysler would not pay for it. I have a one year old $53000 truck and Chrysler won't spend $2000 to honor their warranty? Never buy any Chrysler.

Great service for my jeep. Omar is the best and the reason I drive out of my way to come to this dealership. Jeep did get a few scratches when she was washed, but theyll buff them out at my next service so Im happy. Omar needs a raise, Im a pretty crazy client to work with as I want everything perfect with my jeep, and he deals with me perfectly and I always leave happy.

They had our Jeep all day because the navigation does not work. They had me pick up the vehicle at the end of the day & said it wasn't fixed. He said the factory has to get together with the technician. He said it could take up to two months for them to resolve it. This is not satisfactory.

The entire service process was outstanding with the exception of recommended services prior to service completion. Service advisor recommended that my oil level was low and that my transmission dipstick was missing and that I should get it replaced. The reason why they couldn't find the dipstick is because that year make and model doesn't have one.

Usually, my experience with Service has been good. I just needed my vehicle serviced and possibly a Tune-Up. After speaking with the Service Advisor, he wanted to keep my vehicle for two days citing vehicle diagnosis. Who can afford to leave the vehicle in the shop this long and possibly not getting any results. No more loaner car, just Uber/Lyft. Well, I found a local mechanic who replace all the coils and replace the spark plugs within the morning the next day. My vehicle is running better, I'm not feeling the rough idle and the gas mileage has improved. I like to bring my vehicles to the dealership, but this unrealistic holding up the vehicles with all these modern technologies just seems "UNSAT" to me. Sorry...

Took them three days to tell me they need to replace the entire console (radio). After they told me it would cost $2,000 to fix (map not functioning), the issue resolved itself. Thankfully we did not allow them to proceed with unneeded repairs. Disorganized, total lack of communication with the customer during the three days, finally had to tell them we need the car back whether it is repaired or not. Very unprofessional. The worse experience we have ever had with an automotive repair facility.
