Excellent customer service-unexpected car trouble while traveling. They were able to work me in and get me back on the road. Also, able to get to the root of my problem and provided me with needed information to share with dealer who had just served the vehicle.

It was not good, my vehicle is in worse condition than when it was bought in. Got a new battery installed and something went wrong but Mercedes says the new battery made the system realize it was an older model and it may already had pre existing conditions that may be electrical sooo thats why my vehicle wont start and something is draining the new battery. So the rating should be a zero but it wont let me

Let me just say service on Saturday with Cheryl she was the best. She made sure I had a car for the day the carseats were in the loaner and I knew what I would get when I left my truck in her care. As long as she works there Saturdays will be my day for car maintenance

Jack Ingram Mercedes maintenance service was terrific. My service agent named Cheryl Houston took great care of my car. I am very impressed with the quality of service I received on my vehicle. They immediately serviced my car without an appointment which made me appreciate the quality of care and commitment even more.

They needed our registration in order to order a new key fob. We left it and the car at the shop for 6 days in order to get the Key fob working again. When they returned the car they did not give us the registration back. And they never answer our phone calls. Overall service quality on the vehicle is fine, but their customer service is just terrible.
