Oil grime marks left around the car, noticeable, since color of car is white. Old tires put in back without paper to protect surface nor plastic bags to protect inside of the car. No interior protection of car, at least left inside to show was protected while in service.

Audi always treats their customers well. Friendly service, everyone was very helpful. Docking a star because no one called to tell me my car was done, and I think if you have an S model, they should have a couple of S loaners. Trust me it's a weird feeling driving a regular car after driving an SQ5 every day. Anyway, the service seems to have been done well and the 360 (degree) Shield looks great.

Had two issues light for coolant was on and CarPlay connection would go on and off. Technician found no issue with either. I paid $232 for the repair. My CarPlay is still not working and my service representative said they flushed out the coolant And it was included in the price. Then later I found out it was not flushed out. I have asked for return phone calls twice and have not yet heard back from anyone.
