Everytime I bring my truck or car they tell me something is wrong. I took my truck to another shop for an inspection and they told me nothing was wrong with my front end. Very disappointed, probably not bringing either one of my vehicles there again.

Have been visiting the facility for several years and have greatly appreciated the service very much. But I question if the service of 10/15/25 when new tires were put on and a bolt was broken, if perhaps there should have been some help with cost of repair. I drive a lot of miles to go to the Saco Jack's Chevrolet Service and have wondered about this issue since that date.

My car wouldn't stay running, so I had it towed to my local Chevy dealer. When they said they'd start right on it, they weren't kidding. A few hours later, I received a call from the dealership saying that my car was fixed and ready for pickup. That's what I call fast friendly service.

When I bought this vehicle they promised free car washes and inspections as long as I owned this vehicle. Now I find out they have deleted this promise. They did no,t reset tire sensor after rotating tires because when I checked the highest pressure tire was still in the same place as when I arrived

Work is good an efficient. Waiting room is comfortable and the Wifi is good so I can work remotely if needed. Cost is a little more than most but I know the care of the car is tracked. SO I am aware of services that may be needed as car ages.
