They didn't make me wait all day. It was recommended I need new tires after 3,000 more miles. Jiffy Lube would never do that. Reasonable price. They never try to create a false urgency.

Service by AAA was terrible, worst I've ever had from any company but JT Auto was fantastic, they could have told me car needed a new starter, alternator, anything,, but they immediately found it was the new battery not being installed properly. I will definitely keep them in mind for future car repairs and services. Honest, reputable car service companies are gold, and JT Auto is one of them.

JT Auto informed me that previous information from VW dealership was a made up thing. I did not need the work they told me i needed for $1200.
Its rare to find an honest mechanic these days. They fixed my hatchback without a problem for a minimal charge! JT's is the place to go!
