Very poor unsatisfied we took our truck for A/C to get fix paid 700 and A/C still didnt work even after they did the service and change the parts. We lost our time and money and have to go fix some where else.

The service was ok and the representatives was reliable however I think the planning could have been a little better after locating the problem. But all in all I am satisfied with the service and would recommend JK for service.

JK replaced two studs on front passenger side wheel. Studs had been cross threaded by Roadside Assistance Service. Very glad JK could repair the wheel.

Got my oil change and brakes replaced this time. My only concern was that they told me that I needed to replace my Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter, But I replaced both of those about a Month Prior to that Oil Change.
