We had body work done here before and the people I worked with were awesome and the price was reasonable. So we needed work done on shocks and struts and took it there. They were way over priced. My Chevy Truck needed the same thing done and was $400 cheaper. I will not be using this place for service. Definitely learned my lesson.

Rude to my daughter when she took her care in for an oil change. She informed them about a sound coming from the car and asked if they would look into it. They didn't bother to explain the sound, what was wrong, or that there wasn't a problem. They just wanted to sell her the usual air filters and windshield wipers.

Also came out and suggested two new filters, which I agreed, then they came back and told me they have been having difficulty getting the one and not in stock. I had a coupon and they didn't apply correctly until I questioned it.

I had transmissions issues. The dealership promptly and efficiently diagnose the problem and correct the issue. I wish they would've had a seat cover and a floor mat when I picked it up. The Service Advisor Crystal kept me updated on my vehicle daily and so did the Service Advisor Samantha.
