Brought car in for NY inspection. Car didn't pass inspection which is fine. Tires needed to be changed. Also fine. When i told the guy i would take it to my mechanic. He hung up on me and was rude. I was still paying full price for the services they completed. Called back and assumed i was disconnected and he confirmed he hung up on me. Very unprofessional and will not be returning in the future.
