They did not bleed the radiator line, and there is an air block in the line, and I complained about it and brought it in after having to have to wait several days and rent a car at my own expense, and they said it was fine after a drive to Omro from Oshkosh, it boiled over again and now it is in my garage until they can look at it next week, meanwhile, I am without car. I took it in for its 150K service not any repairs, and they botched the radiator bleeding process. I lost money and had to cancel critical care patients from their appointments due to their debacle. They did not care if my care patients got to their appointments or not. I am a volunteer with Advocap, and try to help the community. J&R seem only interested in helping themselves. They are not good humans!
