Customer service was not good, was treated very rudely. Was quoted one price then when the work was done i was given another price. Well above original quote with no proof that some of the work was done. Not once but twice this happened. Won't be going back that's for sure

Customer was very rude and not communicating from the start. But we still took care of their vehicle. Customer bought their own part. We removed original part and went to put their part on. It didn't fit. So instead of making them wait for their new part to come in we put old part back on so they still had a ride. When new part came it. We put that part on. We did charge for doing job twice. That's only because they are the one that bought the parts not us. Also we told them they needed a couple other items and they approved that before we bought them. We have all the text messages between us and the customer.

This is an amazing local auto repair shop! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and treat you well. They're very understanding and compassionate. Plus, prices are very reasonable and you can trust their mechanics are experienced. A coworker told me about this place as I was experiencing a faulty sensor issue in my Ford. The issue has been going on for a few weeks. Dealership quoted me a much higher price (over $500(!)), didn't have the part in stock, and couldn't schedule a repair service for weeks. I didn't want to wait for fear of any more vehicle damage that may occur. J&A was able to schedule me within a week, the car was repaired the same day, and the cost was nearly half what the dealer quoted. I highly recommend J&A to anyone needing a service, and I will use them in the future! :)
