It was not serviced. I took my truck in so they could drive it and see if they could figure out why the transmission isn't shifting right and i sat in the waiting area for two hours until they finally brought my truck around and asked if i could drive them around.

Got my car in right away at its designated appointment time. Oil change was completed in about 30 minutes while I waited. I was on crutches that day, so they made sure to hold the service dept. doors for me and park my car conveniently inside the service drive when it was done.

The whole staff is always very friendly when I bring my car in. They are very reliable and quick service! The weather was nasty when I came to pick up my vehicle.. He didn't even ask but pulled my car up in the garage so I wouldn't have to walk out in the rain. I will always use J Pauley of Fort Smith!

Fast, friendly service. Would've given 5 stars... but I asked them to check a leaky tire. She said they "did but didn't dip it, it could be the valve stem or rim"... why not check it completely when a customer asks you to?

It was fast.....in and out, with a very short wait time. I'm back on the road and all systems were good....no problems.
The only down side to this shop is that if there were any repairs to be done, they can be rather pricey.

The guy that I talked to that did my ticket was a rude rude person I wouldnot even call that thing a man. I will never come back there for anything again plus they didn't even put washer fuild in my truck. Just rude and not good service

Everything went well. The staff was friendly but it did take longer than I was told and I had to go and ask someone about the status of my vehicle because it was taking longer and no one was updating me.
