Poor service and lack of transparency. They replaced hoses but my car had the same symptoms afterward. No proper diagnosis and no video inspection as Mazda normally provides. I waited a full day with no real service. When I noticed oil dropping and drove back less than 5 miles, they refused to even check the car. Very disappointing experience.

I had an issue very early in the morning with a battery. Went straight to dealership and Mark helped me check in for service, gave me a car to drive to work so I wouldn't be late and kept in contact with me until my car was ready for pick up. Great customer service!

Went for oil change and tire rotation took less than 30 mins. All items where inspected. A video of the inspection was sent to my phone for review, while I was in the waiting area. Price was very reasonable.

Never had a bad experience getting service here but I'd be lying if I said it seemed like on this day it took a bit long just getting a nail removed from a tire and a patch. I don't know if they were running behind or what.
