The manager saved the day. The service tech didn't check the filters and didn't check the inflation in the tires. The billing was incorrect. I like J. Allen Ford service, but probably won't drive there again (42 miles) as it simply isn't worth the time or effort. Cameron does a great job dealing with all the nonsense. I would give the shop and technicians a "3" star rating and Cameron for customer service a "5".

Great work and attention to detail. Kinda dumb to close the entire shop for an hour for lunch for everyone and then leave the customer waiting for an additional hour when it's reported to you that the service is going to be five more minutes. So you sit an additional hour and 5 minutes. Kinda dumb.

Service was very good. They were able to fit me in with a 2 day notice. Payton was my service desk. I think Patrick was my service manager. Very informative. I was not planning to get the recommended services done at this time. I appreciate being informed on what else I needed to have completed.

I had a new Cabin filter installed & also new Wipers. The also did a nice complete Veh. inspection for free! It took a little longer than expected but wasn't a real long time since they also did vehicle inspection! The desk check in guys were friendly & worked with me & explained several different things!

Ford made the appointment bc of issues i have had with my truck and the dealership I bought it from. Appointment was scheduled and truck was dropped off 1/8/25. Truck sat at dealership for just under 3 months and all they did was a road force balance. Ridiculous!

Did not like having to sign a waiver because my car is a 2016. Putting the responsibility on me to fix something that your staff breaks.Thank God it went well but I will not return for that reason and will let everyone know this is how your business is run. I will find another business to take my car to. Always took it to Butch but will not bring it there again.

I had a flat tire, that needed to be repaired or replaced. These tires were originally purchased from Autonation (no Apple Ford) in Minnesota. They fixed the tire, put the spare back in place. They were busy, but still managed to get me on my way in short order. (less than an hour).

When arranging service appointment, I was told my car would be there for 3-4 days for a factory recall. I was not given the option of a rental. After 8 days, I finally called to get an update on my car. I was informed that it had not even been looked at. I picked it up on the 8th day because I could not miss work anymore. I have still been unable to have to recall fixed because they don't give rentals and their wait time is horrendous.

The total wait was reasonable. They were helpful by topping off the wiper fluid when I questioned if it was done. Unfortunally my main problem of a slow leak in my tire couldnot be fixed with out a tire replacement. Guess it's time for new tires.
