they pointed out a really bad oil leak and didn't bother asking us if we want them to fix it. they just printed the paper and stated needs fixed immediately?! they didn't even tell us the whole problem or what's causing the oil leak? I even bought my vehicle from them it's really annoying and a shame I can't count on them making sure my vehicle is done right!

Decent scheduling, fast repair, and good communication. Only problem is they made a mess of my engine with oil during an oil change. Had oil ran down the front of my engine bay. Wish they would have used a funnel or at least cleaned up there mess so it wouldnt drip were I park.

They took care of our daughter who was there with our car. They didn't take advantage of someone young with limited mechanical knowledge. They explained everything over the phone to us and had her back up and running quickly. Their oil change seemed a bit pricey, but their friendly, helpful service made up for it.

I was traveling through and needed oil change and tires rotated and John helped me and got me right in and finished timely so I could get back on the road. I highly recommend Iversons and John. I will definitely go back here next time I get back to SD. And they even cleaned my windows and vacuumed. Also everyone I talked with was so friendly happy and caring. Thank you John and Iversons. Excellant service!!!

Went to get an old recall completed that the previous owner neglected to do. Despite a slight hiccup in ordering the airbags the first time this time the bags were received in a week and the entire job took an hour. Very pleased with the work.
