My experience with this auto shop was disappointing. Routine services took longer than expected, and I encountered technical issues during both visits. There were problems with service status updates and inaccuracies in Carfax entries. Fast , while you wait service that was clearly explained, Complimentary snack and coffee and Wi-Fi and power outlets. It was like the old Toyota commercials, "Who could ask for anything more". I'm impressed with the Mazda quality. The tires and brakes are lasting a lot longer that some of my previous vehicles.

They reject email responses from carfax until they sort out if you are a cash buyer, trade in buyer, or financing with them. How do they reject you ask? They tell you the car is sold. I managed to get past because I asked to schedule a test drive. After the test drive and listening to their sales person, I ask for a rebate or bargain. Zero bargains but their fees though, that is included and non-negotiable.

The salesperson was factual. I didnt get the hard sell that other dealerships tend to use. Also, when giving me the cost to "drive it out of the showroom" he didn't tack on hidden add on items hoping I'd not know they're optional (again, like other dealerships did). And last, he didn't ask me if my husband "trusted me " to buy a car on my own or refer to having my husband come down to look at the car (like other dealers did)

We brought our Mazda CX-5 in because the navigation wasn't working. They updated the display software and said it was fixed. We also had to update the navigation software. Yesterday, we took a trip to Maine and tried to use navigation. It still wasn't working properly.
