Service itself was fine. I bought the road hazard insurance and hit a curb which blew out my rear tire. The road hazard insurance did not cover this. Buyer beware. It only covers if I picked up something like a nail or screw while on the road. Does not cover hitting a curb.

Found tire had a split inside wall. Went up on Saturday to be told to come back on Monday that truck had to be there all day lost day out of work WITH TIRE INSURANCE. We were told they get right on top of it DO NOT BUY THERE TIRE INSURANCE There service is Horrible 10 and still on answer.

we purchased a f-150 with a bed liner. to call hound to get it one trip for inspection, one trip for a so called bedliner only to have the wrong one installed to have to make another trip to get the right bedliner... oh I wish i went to imperal! 3 trips a full tank of gas..... not happy!

Appointment was made over two weeks in advance. The car was dropped off at 8:00 am on the scheduled day to have service performed that was detailed as required service over three weeks ago (when in for oil change). At 4:30 pm, received call that no service was performed as parts were not available, and parts would not be received for about two weeks.

One of the worst experiences with a dealership in my life total ripoffs charged me $1,300 for brakes and a battery I witnessed them ripping off the elderly charging them thousands of dollars to put air in the tire and change the oil! Will never go there ever again in my life and I told all my family and friends the same..

I was prepared to pay higher dealer prices because my fan broke in 90 degree heat. Fortunately, I was able to diagnose a simple issue that could be fixed with a $15 part. Instead the dealer quoted over $600 in unnecessary repairs, and I could tell the part was never even expected. This was after a two hour wait on a scheduled appointment.
If I were more cynical, Id call that fraud.
I will never buy from Ira Motor Group.

My hybrid car battery briefly died after "Stop Car Safely" appeared on the screen. Ira Ford was able to find the problem and reprogram it. They got me an appointment quickly, and once there they had a shuttle to get me to work no problem. They sent me a video halfway through the day explaining everything going on. They also had time to work on 3 out of 4 recalls. All for no charge. I was unable to get out of work on time to pick it up so they pulled it around front and left keys for me. Very accommodating.

Schedule a rear pinion seal replacement 1 week in advance of the service appointment. Ira told.me the job needed to be done. Price quoted at $680. Dropped it off. 6 hours later I called. They told me they didn't have the parts for repair. I had a rental car for the time I expected to have the repair. Told they would not have the parts till the following day. Canceled the work. Complained to the service department and was told "Sorry you feel that way". Went to another dealer the next week. Parts in stocks and dealer did repair for $285. Ira has lost a faithful customer!
