We were in for an oil change but the vehicle had a recall for some loose bolts on a rear seat, for some reason it was impossible to find a tech to check these bolts. So we will likely wait to our next service call to get this looked at but then I'm sure a qualified nut checking tech will be unavailable again.

For this oil change and my prior oil change the check-in person asked if I wanted a car wash. I said yes both times. When I went out to get my truck after the service my truck hadn't been washed. Why isn't this car wash request being passed on to the service team?

CarFax stated no accidents. Salesman stood in front of the cracked rear bumper. I didn't pick up on it. I contacted the dealership within the hour after purchase. Dealership said no returns, no repairs. They acknowledged they knew about the damage. I'm extremely disappointed. I will never buy another car from Inver Grove Toyota nor will I recommend them to any friends/family.

This is a great shop. Pleasant, professional staff, coupon specials, nice waiting room with free hot drinks, reasonable prices for car repair. Free 12 point inspected car wash. I even got a gerbera daisy as a gift. I go 7 extra miles to get there, but it's worth it.

Everytime I get my oil changed I leave with a large dirty hand print on the front passenger seat from them checking the cabin filter. If they are going to enter my car, they should wash their hands. I don't appreciate a dirty handprint on my leather seats.

They at least followed up but still played the dealership game. They were selling same car as mine trade in for several thousand dollars more than I was asking for mine. Mine even had much fewer miles...it's an insult and no way to treat someone who has purchased 8 new Kia's!

First estimate indicated that the service would take up to 7 hours. We changed our activities based on that estimate. Service was completed much sooner, which was good, but really messed up our schedule since we had to drive 50 miles to get the car. I would have waited for the car if I had known it would be completed so much sooner;

I liked how fast the Predator Steps were installed.
I didn't like that I couldn't connect to the wi-fi. I think there were too many connections already on the network so it wouldn't let me connect.
The steps are working great.so happy about that purchase!

Service is just oil change and tire rotation with extra charge, they won't even check if there's any other issues for the vehicle. For anything else we need to make a separate appointment. At least they should test drive and let us know if there's any issues, that's how a service centre should be.
