Intown Auto does a great job. They call as soon as the car is ready, and are always honest about how long it will take. In addition to an oil change, I asked to investigate squeaky suspension. They looked at everything, and instead of a horror-story pressure to do a big fix, they said they could replace a few things if the noise was making me crazy, but there was no safety issue. Brian tells me when something is urgent, and I trust that.
