Staff was very understanding in answering my questions. They came out and explained that my battery had passed its test although it had nearly died during a prolonged cold spell with our driving. After the oil change was completed sooner than expected, I received a thorough explanation of the work.

Service done well, just found that it took a bit long to perform. I'm waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes. I think this could have been done quicker. Interstate use to provide this service free of charge to the customer. Now interstate have declined the free service moving forward. Interstate still provides quality work and I have confidence in their professional abilities.

Friendly service, though I thought the wipers needed to be replaced, they said the wipers were still good. Wish they had started working on the car right after I arrived, only to find out it hadn't started 2 hours later.

I always get great service there. The only problem I encountered was the service person who checked with me was so soft spoken I could hardly understand him. However, he was kind and very thorough. He just needs to speak louder.

I got my tires rotated with my inspection, they left a front tire where it was for fear of breaking a lug nut and stud. This has happened multiple times when getting rotated. Suggested that they should stop cranking on the lugs when they tighten them and service manager said, it just happens with the lug nuts. But I have had to pay to replace multiple lig nuts and studs over the last couple years because of this same issue.

I went for a ecm program ended up paying 283.00 twice. I was told my ecm didn't work so I bought another 1 tested etc they said it still didn't work, but offered me there's for 1,700. I will find out the truth once I spend 1,700 if this doesn't work I'm going to be mad.

liked the knowledge of the shop supervisor and mechanics and receptionist,do not like the price with the $39.00part and 3hrs. labor bill was was $490.12. that works to roughly $164.00 per hour. especially when I did not get my military discount!!! Just my opinon the shop rate is really extreme.

AAA said the battery was OK so I figured bunch of other things were gone wrong cause all the lights that were on the dash including check engine took it to Nissan. They checked it thoroughly discovered the battery was in fact bad replace the battery checked out. OK I was happy. It's just the battery. The car was in good hands said interstate Nissan thank you.
